As our 2021-2022 school year comes to an end we’ll be opening registration for our Fall 2022 Athletic season.  We will have a Fall Sports Information Night on Wednesday June 22nd at 6:00pm in the NQHS Auditorium.  This will be an opportunity for parents/students to get information about our athletic programs, registration process, meet the coaches, summer workouts/camps and ask any questions about this upcoming year.

NQHS will be offering the following sports this Fall:

  • Cheerleading (Co-ed)
  • Cross Country (Boys & Girls)
  • Football (Co-ed)
  • Golf ( Boys)
  • Soccer (Boys & Girls)
  • Volleyball (Girls)

Registration Checklist:

  1. Register on Family ID: In order to participate in athletics here at North Quincy High School a Parent/Guardian must sign up and register their child on FamilyID.com.  Click HERE for the Fall 2022 registration form. FamilyID is meant to streamline the registration process for students and parents. This site allows us to track student-athletes participation, physicals and user fee payments. In addition, it allows parents/students to acknowledge and agree to our policies (Concussion/Health Protocols, Academic Eligibility, Student-Athlete Code of Conduct & Covid-19 Protocols).
  2. Updated Physicals: It is important to make sure that each student-athlete has an updated physical on file with the Nurses office located on the 2nd floor at NQHS. Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date they were performed.  You can also send in an electronic copy of your sons/daughters physical to myself at [email protected] and NQ Nurse Martina Ryan at [email protected]
  3. Concussion Baseline Test: Your son or daughter must complete an online concussion baseline test provided by ImPact Testing.  If you have already completed this test in previous years then a new baseline test will not be needed.  If you haven’t completed it your son/daughter will be receiving an email from [email protected] to the participant’s email address listed on FamilyID.  They should click on the link to validate the code and begin testing. We do ask that your son/daughter take the test on a computer not a mobile device. Please make sure to take it in a quiet area, with no distractions. The test should take about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Academic Eligibility:  It's important that our student athletes are in good academic standing.  Failing more than one class for the 2021-2022 school year will result in your son/daughter not being eligible for fall athletics.  All incoming 9th graders are eligible for fall athletics.
  5. User Fee:  All athletes must pay a user fee in order to participate.  We are asking that payment be made on the first day of practice.  Payments can be made by cash/check/money order made payable to Quincy Public Schools.  Online payments can be made through UniPay located HERE on the Quincy Public Schools website. Please note that you cannot pay user fees through the Family ID website.
  1. Cheerleading - Booster fee will be determined at the beginning of the season.
  2. Cross Country - $100
  3. Football - $150
  4. Golf - $100
  5. Soccer - $100
  6. Volleyball - $100

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Thanks,
