On Saturday, the QNQ Jazz Ensemble, directed by Matt Cavanaugh, performed in their first-ever MAJE state finals at Norwood High School and brought home GOLD! An outstanding musicianship award was given to QHS sophomore tenor saxophonist Nathan Aronoff.
The group will be featured at the MAJE Gold Medal Showcase on May 5 at the Hatch Shell in Boston.
